This website is operated by Arcadia 14 Medical Supplies Ltd (AMS14). As user of this website you agree that any use of this website including any transactions you make is subject to our terms and conditions below.
Ordering
Written orders from account customers, who clearly show the originating organization by e-mail, post or fax will be accepted as official orders. Account customer orders will not be accepted by telephone without an official order number. Orders are taken from our website, by ordering on-line or email. All orders placed before 4.30pm Monday to Friday will be processed the same day and sent by either Royal Mail or Hermes couriers. For orders placed via the website tracking details will automatically be sent upon despatch to the email address provided for the order.
Orders are not processed over the weekend.
Royal Mail First Class, and Economy shipping services are untracked and, as such, we will be unable to provide you with tracking information. Tracking for international orders is available upon request. Please contact us if you require tracking information for an order placed outside the UK. All orders received after the cut-offs Monday to Friday will be processed the next working day. The 'confirmation' stage sets out the final details of your order, and will provide you with an order reference number. Following this, we will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. By placing an order on this website you are confirming that you are over 18 years of age.
If there is a problem with your order (if the product is out of stock, if there is a problem with your payment) you will be contacted as soon as possible via email or telephone (please make sure all contact details are correct). All images of products are purely for illustration only, and do not form part of the description of the product.
AMS14 Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any difference between the image on the website and the actual appearance of the product.
If the order is partly dispatched (i.e. more than one delivery is required) you will only ever pay one delivery charge.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation of orders prior to completion must be received by AMS14 Ltd in writing from the buyer. Cancellations via telephone cannot be accepted. AMS14Ltd is not under any obligation to fulfil cancellation to any order or part order. AMS14ltd reserves right to deduct 40% admin charges upon cancellation of an order. AMS14 Ltd reserves the right, at its discretion, to charge the customer 20% of the full price to cover costs it may incur as a result of a customer ordering stock items error.
Refunds
Customers must contact the seller within 14 days of delivery to obtain authorization to return any product. Products returned by the customer without prior authorization will not be credited. The returned goods must be unused and as originally delivered to the customer. Some items can only be returned if the original packaging is unopened and any seals intact. AMS14 Ltd cannot accept returns on hygiene or sterile products, products that are made to order, personalized, assembled prior to delivery or assembled and installed, unless they are faulty. Please contact AMS14 Ltd customer service for guidance and advice before proceeding.
A product purchased from AMS14 Ltd may be returned for the following reasons:

Due to faulty or damaged product.

If the product is incorrect due to a mispick or misinformation (this must be reported within 4 days of receiving the product/s)

If the customer finds the product unsuitable or is dissatisfied with the product.
Any return to Arcadia 14 Medical Supplies for the above outlined reasons should be made within 30 days of receipt, and should also meet the following criteria:

Goods must be returned as sold (i.e. in the original packaging and in resalable condition.

Any free gifts or other additional bundled items delivered with the products must also be returned.

You must request from AMS14 Ltd a Returns Authorization Number and label the parcel/s with it to allow the return to be dealt with as efficiently as possible.
The return may be rejected ONLY if the above-mentioned criteria are failed to be met.
Some products are made to order or are shipped directly from our manufacturer. If you wish to return these items without a fault a restocking fee may be applied. Please contact our customer service team for more information.
If you would like to return an item please contact us on +44 (0) 203 488 3521 to obtain a returns authorisation number. Once you have a returns number you will need to clearly display it on the outside of the parcel. Your parcel will then need to be returned to the following address:

We regret we cannot accept returns of various types of non-faulty products if:

Any products on the order that have been personalised (e.g. engraved stethoscopes, sphygmomanometers, diagnostics, embroidered items of clothing, etc)

Any specially manufactured products made to order.

Any items of a sanitary nature (e.g. needles, syringes, continence products and nebulisers etc)
For some items purchased we may ask the manufacturer to contact you directly to establish the nature of the fault and then depending on the fault we will either organise a repair or replacement or in some instances ask you to liaise with the manufacturer directly.
In circumstances when products are past their warranty or repairs are outside the warranty terms a charge may occur. When an item becomes faulty out of the warranty period please contact Arcadia 14 Medical Supplies for advice and guidance.
Warranty and Limitation of Liability
AMS14 Ltd warrants that all reasonable care will be taken to ensure the best quality of material has been provided. However, we are new and refurbished equipment supplier therefore a limited cover in terms of warranty will be provided. In the event of any defect arising within warranty period after the purchased day, or a different period as specified in the general description of the goods, from the date of delivery to the buyer or as otherwise agreed in writing, the seller will repair or replace the defective goods, if required to do so, provided that:

They are returned carriage paid to the Seller's premises

It is proved by the buyer that the defect is due to inferior workmanship or material.
The warranty excludes defects caused by misuse or neglect or arising from wear and tear and applies only to goods bought directly from AMS14 Ltd. The company is not under any liability to the buyer for any defects in the goods or for any loss or damage to or caused by the goods whenever they arise. All other conditions, such as warranties or other terms, whatsoever regarding the Goods, whether express or implied, by statute at common laws are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. In no circumstances (other than death or personal injury caused by the seller's negligence) shall the Seller be liable for any purely economic loss or for any special, indirect or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever.
AMS14 Ltd does not undertake to pay for the cost of repairs to defective products or goods incurred by us without previous specific agreement in writing.
