Shipping Policy

Free of charged delivery for orders over £99 ex. VAT. anywhere in the UK (charges may be applied for items shipped direct from the manufacturer). Also, extra delivery charge may be applied for deliveries to offshore islands such as Northern Ireland, various Scottish postcodes, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, The Channel Islands and other parts of non-mainland United Kingdom. Get in touch with our customer service team to get more information regarding the North Glasgow and Edinburgh postcodes that an additional surcharge may be applied. Order within EU Region will also carry additional delivery charges. Also AMS14 Ltd will request the customers confirmation for any adjustments may be occurred to the quoted carriage cost to be accepted before dispatching the order. Carriage costs for orders under £99 ex. VAT will be calculated considering the price, weight and volume of the item. This will be displayed on the provided quote to the customer.

On delivery the customer must inspect the goods carefully for any damaged as AMS14 Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for damage in transit, shortage or delivery or loss of the products unless the customer in writing within in 4 working days from the date of delivery.

The orders are dispatched via Hermes and Royal Mail Courier Services. And we expect that all the deliveries will be arrived as specified. However, Arcadia 14 Medical Supplies Ltd will not accept responsibilities for any delays or lost deliveries from Third Party Courier Services. The customers will have to note that all the quoted delivery times are excluding weekends or bank holidays. Also the customer must ensure that the correct delivery address is provided in written, especially if the delivery address differs from the account address. If the delivery address is provided incorrect, the order may be delayed. AMS14 Ltd reserves the right to only delivers to the billing address. Note: we cannot ship to non-permanent address such as hotels, conference centers or freight forwarding companies. Also white goods (Freezers and Refrigerators) to Northern Ireland cannot be delivered due to courier’s restrictions.

AMS14 Ltd will not hold unsuccessful deliveries (not fully paid after 5 days period or no deposit paid to reserve the goods) for more than 21 days unless they are engraved items which can be held for up to 6 months period. For any unsuccessful contacting reason with the interested customer after this period Arcadia 14 Medical Supplies Ltd reserves the right to dispose the goods.

International Delivery

 

For delivery to non-UK destinations, the carriage price quoted online may not be accurate as additional insurance could be required. Under these circumstances, we will attempt to contact the customer to seek additional payment prior to despatching the consignment.

Return & Exchange Policy

A product purchased from Arcadia 14 Medical Supplies Ltd may be returned for the following reasons:

  • Due to faulty or damaged product.

  • If the product is incorrect due to a mispick or misinformation (this must be reported within 4 days of receiving the product/s)

  • If the customer finds the product unsuitable or is dissatisfied with the product.

 

Any return to Arcadia 14 Medical Supplies for the above outlined reasons should be made within 30 days of receipt, and should also meet the following criteria:

  • Goods must be returned as sold (i.e. in the original packaging and in resalable condition.

  • Any free gifts or other additional bundled items delivered with the products must also be returned.

  • You must request from Arcadia 14 Medical Supplies a and label the parcel/s with it to allow the return to be dealt with as efficiently as possible.

 

The return may be rejected ONLY if the above mentioned criteria are failed to be met.

Some products are made to order or are shipped directly from our manufacturer. If you wish to return these items without a fault a restocking fee may be applied. Please contact our customer service team for more information.

If you would like to return an item please contact us on 0800 123 4567 to obtain a returns authorisation number. Once you have a returns number you will need to clearly display it on the outside of the parcel. Your parcel will then need to be returned to the following address:

Please note that the return of the items is the buyers responsibility. Also the customer is charged with the return carriage unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to an error by Arcadia 14 Medical Supplies in this instance your item will either be collected or postage will be refunded. This is at the decision of Arcadia 14 Medical Supplies and cannot be requested.

We regret we cannot accept returns of various types of non-faulty products if:

  • Any products on the order that have been personalised (e.g. engraved stethoscopes, sphygmomanometers, diagnostics, embroidered items of clothing, etc)

  • Any specially manufactured products made to order.

  • Any items of a sanitary nature (eg needles, syringes, continence products and nebulisers etc)

 

For some items purchased we may ask the manufacturer to contact you directly to establish the nature of the fault and then depending on the fault we will either organise a repair or replacement or in some instances ask you to liaise with the manufacturer directly.

In some circumstances when products are past their warranty or repairs are outside the warranty terms a charge may occur.

When an item becomes faulty more than 30 days after purchase please contact Arcadia 14 Medical Supplies for advice and guidance.
